J.I. Dunlop Group is a privately held company that owns and operates a portfolio of businesses. We back each one with the capital, the structure and the patience it needs to be run properly — and we hold what we build.
Each company in the group keeps its own name, its own team and its own way of working. What they share is a standard — do the work properly, keep the promises you make, and build something that still stands up in ten years. The group takes care of what is better done once: finance, governance, planning and the long view, so that each business can spend its attention on its customers.

Video & content production
J.I. Dunlop Studio produces video and written content for businesses that need their work seen properly. The studio runs projects end to end — direction, filming, editing and delivery — from a single brand film through to ongoing content programmes for companies that publish week after week. Clients range from independent operators to established firms, and the standard of the work does not change between them.
Holding & investments
J.I. Dunlop Partners is the group’s holding and investment arm. It holds the group’s interests in its operating companies and manages capital alongside them — the group’s own, and that of outside investors who back the same long-term approach. Partners decides how capital is allocated across the portfolio and carries the reporting and governance that sit behind it. The mandate is a demanding one: understand every position properly, and hold it long enough for the work to show.
